AbstractIn order to maintain the positive competition for THP, this study identified the best solutions to improve marketing and sales activities for sustainable business growth and get efficiency in the beverage industry in Vietnam and the export market. THP Group Vietnam is trying to set the realistic strategies for marketing and sales to improve the business. To have suitable solutions for THP group is not easy, it requires time and resources. It also requires the support of all cross functional departments, outside consultancy and enough market information from Agency and third party. The analysis in this study focuses on THP Group Vietnam to develop the most effective solutions to marketing and sales activities. It is developed with the full understanding, successful experiences and feedbacks from the beverage market by using many the valuable tools and techniques learned in the program for analyzing the problems of the company.
