Abstract | In Knowledge-Based Economic times, the accumulation of execution achievement establishes an organization’s execution competitiveness, and the improvement of organizational capability leads to accomplish the organization achievement, while the knowledge management of the enterprise effectively makes the knowledge useful and systematically use on the innovation, sharing and enhance execution competitiveness. The purpose of “knowledge management” is effectively enhancing the organization’s intelligence, response capability, innovation and adaptability. Due to the competition and the shift of the competitive paradigm, firms realize the importance of the collaborative relationships among the firms. In addition to the development of supply chain management between the firms and the suppliers, the nature of supply chain is transferring from competition into cooperation and the level of interdependence is highlighted. Firms need to implement supply chain management to improve the competitive advantage and respond the dynamics in the market. This study attempts to construct and develop a scheme of supply chain management combining with knowledge management in the procurement department from the viewpoint of the company’s demand, and recommends the methods to improve efficiency. |
