Abstract | This paper is investigating the potential direction of expansion for Morse Plc, an international, English-based company from the information technology services industry. Morse Plc, in the cooperation with RIB and SAP, has developed a new software solution for the construction industry which supports the construction process across all the phases of the project. This is an unique software solution as so far there are no other products that would provide support across the construction project. Morse plans to enter new markets with this product. In this project a polish construction market is analysed in order to provide the answer, whenever construction sector in Poland is attractive enough for the potential expansion for Morse plc. A current situation of the market is researched, main trends and forecasts that may impact its attractiveness in the Morse’s case. |
