Abstract | Hochiminh City Power Company (HCMC PC) has much experience in electricity project management, however it lacks of ability and experience in office construction projects. The project report concentrates on office building project management of HCMC PC headquarters. The project report evaluates the current performance of project, and identifies, assesses, analyses the main problems, causes and recommends solutions as well as implementation plan for improving office building project management practice. At present, HCMC PC has fifteen distribution power sectors; Offices are small, backward facilities and need to be built new offices. The recommendations of this project report will help HCMC PC implements the other office building projects on time with good quality and within the investment budget |
