Abstract | Human resource management is one of the important factors that determine the development of company. Once a company can attract good employees to work, HRM will help enhance the company‟s competitive advantage. To be able to attract good employees, the first step such as the recruitment or training employees are really necessary to identify and improve their ability. Moreover, the incentive policies also contribute keeping and promoting employees‟ productivity. With Quy Nhon port, it is a large company in the province and plays a big role in the development of the province. The role of recruitment, training and incentive policies are very important in the development goals of company in the future. Understanding clearly these processes, the company can identify and search for suitable employees for company, improve and promote their ability to align with the company‟s strategies. Through the feedback from qualitative survey and quantitative survey, research can find out company problems in recruitment, training and incentive policies. Moreover, the results of the research show some factors affecting the development of the company because of the lack of recruitment process, training program and incentive policies. In addition, research also shows some ideas from employees and students about the attraction of the company and some recommendations that help improve the company‟s HRM. |
