| Abstract | Real estate market hugely contributes to Vietnam’s economy and trading floors are part of crucial managing tools from the government. Through inductive approach, working with secondary data which mainly are financial and statistical reports from related agencies and primary data of interviewing results, the author is about to find out the main issues of real estate market and the critical effectiveness of trading floors in solving those problems. Conclusively, final recommendations for the Vietnam’s authority to improve these floors’ quality drawn from research could be presented as follows:
Forming proper systematic ranking with high standardized criteria to closely monitor and make timely disciplines for violated cases nationwide. Clarifying specific rights and obligations as well as duties of different parties to facilitate further legal problem solving within the field. Raising the awareness of both buyers and sellers to widen the popularity of conducting real estate transactions through Vietnamese trading floors. |
