Many organizations do not employ full time Project Managers and it is common to pull together a project team to address a specific need. The research was carried out in four phases. Phase one established an introduction to the study. Phase two briefed the background for Johnson & Johnson (Thailand) Ltd. Phase three provided analysis of the engineering department including functional issues and alternatives and strategic Choice. Finally, Phase four proposed concepts for an improvement process, and recommendation. The primary outcome of this research is a decision-aid for the engineering department. |
