Abstract | The objective of this final report is to identify the key factors help attract investment by Japanese investors in Long Thanh Industrial Zone (operated by Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company in Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province, Vietnam). After an overview of the research on literature review and the conduct of interviews with Japanese investors, I have identified some factors, divided into groups for the study. 30 questionnaires are sent to investigate the 30 Japanese people who have been working in Vietnam from 10 days to 10 years. 20 investors are working in Long Thanh industrial zone, 10 investors are studying to invest in Long Thanh industrial zone for interview. The interview results showed that some factors are considered more important than other factors. In particular, technical infrastructure, incentives and support of local government, lower operating costs are the most important factors that influence the decisions of investors when considering choice of location for investment in Vietnam in general and Long Thanh industrial zone in particular. |
