| Abstract | Nowadays, maintenance is one of the important functions of the manufacturing industry.
Most of organizations do not dare to state that they have the maintenance method suitable for
their equipment. Indeed, the statistics results of numerous research studies on manufacturing
industries have indicated that over 50% of all equipment failure prematurely occurred after the
maintenance work is performed. In all cases, the maintenance task executed which has intended
to prevent the failures of equipment that occurred.
This study uses some of the maintenance quality management (MQM) tools such as Person
Measures, Team Measures, Work place and Task Measures, Writing Effective Work Instructions
to analyze the risk in the maintenance quality management of maintenance workshop, a
functional unit of Thu Duc Terminal of HA TIEN 1CEMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
From this analysis, the root causes of the problems will be found. Based on practical experience
and the key principles of maintenance quality management, this report presents solutions for the
given problems that maintenance managers can adopt to reduce or eliminate the impacts of
human errors in maintenance. |
