Abstractcriticize about the meaning of sustainable growth, question on how it important in the competitive market and who should responsible for it. Someone says that sustainability must focus only in cost of capital while someone says that it must combine with the best teamwork and trust from stakeholders. Economic, Social and Environmental Concept should harmonize. But there is no secret formula for sustainable future. Business theoretical schemes; together with opinions from internal and external stakeholders, can provide specific sustainable policy for each company. Besides Information and Technology, Research and Development, Merger and Acquisition and Innovation, Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the proposition aspects for sustainability. CSR is like a vaccine, it will protect a company from bad or wrong perceptions from stakeholders. A vaccine-company will stay longer and strong enough to be a winner in the competitive market. Initiation a private CSR Center in company should be the priority action for sustainability. Many leading company worldwide already developed this tactic. These private sectors collaborate with CSR Department to achieve mission and vision of the company in long-term. This Company Project studies on PTT Public Company Limited and the proposition to initiate PTT Foundation as their power for sustainable future.
