AbstractIt has been recognized that corporate culture can’t lack in today’s business environment. According to Recardo and Jolly (1997), corporate culture has eight aspects such as: communication, training and development, rewards, decision making, risk-taking, planning, teamwork and management practices. Moreover, intellectual capital and human resources are very important in the competition. Therefore, the company needs stable human resource environment to develop. Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company is the biggest company in Southern Vietnam . The cement market is saturated, but there are more and more new competitors. Thus these competitors will do everything to attract good employees. Feedback from 231 employees were analyzed using a quantitative survey, PASW Statistics 18 was used to analyze the data. The outcome showed how corporate culture impacts organizational commitment of employees. The study results may be used as fundamentals to support the company in building the corporate culture in order to maintain employee stability.
