Abstract | This research investigates supply chain coordination in a three-level supply chain through spanning revenue sharing contract. Wholesale price contract is used as benchmarking contract. Under spanning revenue sharing contract, the condition for coordinating supply chain when retailer as decision maker and distributor as decision maker are discussed, respectively. To investigate coordination and win-win solution, the mathematical models are developed and then numerical experiments are conducted for the case when the demand is assumed to be normally distributed. The research also analyzes how contract parameters affect the profit of retailer, distributor and manufacturer in win-win solution. This research has confirmed that spanning revenue sharing contract can help to coordinate the supply chain and achieve win-win solution. |
