| Abstract | Nowadays, there is no doubt that the service quality is a "hot" topic that the service companies
should consider. Customer focus and service quality is a critical focus of cooperate strategy.
A rugh level of customer service is a mean for organization to obtain competitive advantage
and more a necessary for survival.
The survival of any company is depended upon competence to manage the clearly conflicting
forces of cost control and quality improvement. Therefore providing better quality service to
customers is a challenge for Lao-May bank and the study of service quality management is
very important.
A study of retail banking service is to analyze and indicate the current situation and to
determjne the way to ameliorate the service quality in Lao-May bank. For that reason, this
study has been designed to accomplish these objectives.
In consideration of finding, endeavor to fix the fault and replicate success in the Lao-May
bank. It is hoped that this study will give benefice to the Lao banks in term of formation and
edition about the service system.
The result of this study is also expected to be beneficial to government policy makers and the
financial institutions. |
