| Abstract | Intranet is an internal network. It is used for defuse data and information inside organization.
Intranet could apply to use for internal working system by adding Application Program that
written by programmer for each specific job. Benefits of Application on Intranet are such as,
increase efficiency, flexibility, convenience, calculation and comparison capabilities of work.
Besides of these benefits, costs and benefits analysis should be calculated before making
decision of invest in the project.
The Intranet Application of Technical Research and Development Depa1tment (TR&DD) that
researcher chooses for analyze costs and benefits are Testing System. Since Testing System is
the main profit center for TR&DD.
In analysis, costs and benefits will be identified by sepmmted into direct and secondary and
then Net Present Value method will be used its for analyze and calculate the break even point.
Lastly the recommendations will be presented for guiding TOT in completion this project in
near future. |
