In addition, the coordination between the community organization and other agencies are important for the slum dwellers. These include the project of slum relocation should be located on a site that is moderately accessible. In order to improve the possibilities for finding jobs and to subsidize the project, the NHA should consider selling some pieces of land to companies which can provide employment for the residents, whereas the money can be used for community development purposes.
