| Abstract | The Internet possesses unique characteristics, which distinguish it in important ways from traditional commercial communications environments. Because the Internet presents a fundamentally different environment for business activities than traditional media, conventional marketing activities as well as hotel and tourist activities are being transformed. Electronic commerce, which is part of the Internet, enhances communications and transactions between the tourist and the hotel. This study attempts to prepossess an E-commerce plan for the largest hotels in Anhui. This industry, which is Nepal's largest export oriented industry, has lately been plagued by a decline in sales in its major markets. Surveys as well as interviews were used to gain a better insight about trend of hotel market. It is felt that E-commerce will be beneficial for the hotel in every aspect of their business. Using the business plan, hotel will be able to reach a wider range of customers, regain market share. The study results can provide useful information to local government, tourism bureau, travel agencies, hotels and other related to tourism for planning managing and developing ecommerce in a scientific and efficient way. |
