AbstractIn recent years, there has been a significant growth in the use of vision systems with industrial robots. The robot can work flexible job and need fewer fixtures with the help of vision systems. This study set up the prototype of loading station for tile manufacture. There are three main components concerning with this system. First vision system, this includes a camera, frame grabber, and image processing software. Second the communication system, which allows the robot to communicate with personal computer. It uses simens 3964r protocol to communicate between devices. Finally the KUKA robot Krl5, the robot can work with payload maximum of fifteen kilograms.
