AbstractThe main purpose of the system is to perform the basic interview with the conversation using speech. The system will act as an interviewer who will primarily ask question to interviewer. For questions, the system will generate the question from the database schema of RDBMS, MySQL. To ask the questions to the interviewees, the system will use the existing Text-ToSpeech system to convert generated text questions to speech forms. To intercept the answer of the interviewee which is speech input, the system will use the Google Speech Recognition system which will give the ability to understand the speech input. Natural language processing and natural language understanding will be applied in this system to understand the natural language, and the database, RDBMS, will support the persistence data layer for the intelligent personal assistant system; moreover, the integration of knowledge-based to the system will provide the knowledge for the understanding of the natural language. The system will extract the important information from conversation to provide the final report of the interview.
