Abstract | People often overlook the fact that he/she indiscriminately shares personal data with different organizations. This is done in an increasingly diverse number of ways, including sharing information online (social media), by filling out forms for organizations like hospitals, schools, finance and so on. The term "privacy" is used to convey many different meanings. The Supreme Court of US has interpreted the Constitution to protect under the rubric of "privacy" an individual's constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government; the right to make decisions about contraception, abortion, and other "fundamental" issues such as marriage, procreation, child rearing, and education the right not to disclose certain information to the government; the right to associate free from government intrusion; the right to enjoy one's own home; sexually explicit mail, radio broadcasts, "O' or other intrusions.' This study consists of analyzing the Constitutional laws of privacy in the US. Later with the constitutional laws, the privacy violated cases will be solved saying how it violated the principles and consequences looked after violation as per the law. |
