Abstract | The experiences that user facing while using the application would be able to tell their satisfaction. If the bad experiences occur, users might halt using the application. By using the User Experience skill, the problems which concealed inside the application would reveal themselves. The most effective and renowned technique which named Usability testing will be used in this research to figured out the problems. By solving these problems and come up with new design, users would be more pleased due the amount of problems in the application is smaller. Hence, users will applause to continue using the gorgeous experience’s application. In this research, the GPS tracking application will be used as a sample to redesigned by using the User Experiences skill. Moreover, the new feature as been invented which enhance a better experience for users to leverage their attraction and interest. |
