AbstractEmail is the most widely used method for interaction today. It is fundamental asset for business communication. As it is most prominent and regular method of interaction on web, it likewise makes interest for intruders or hackers to participate in email system. Cyber hackers abuse it for sending spam, malware, Phishing messages, engendering malignant programming like virus and malware, conveying ill-conceived material like youngster smut, scams etc. So we need to secure our email system by taking some precautions. Thus, in this research; the paper describes how a current email architecture designed and how an attack is initiated within the email flow design of current email framework and the components of email system followed to secure our email exchange and the impediments they contained. Secondly, it describes the design and implementation of a simple email system with some security features. It also discusses about some prevention strategies and we need know that to secure the email system, first we need to inquire about email security and discuss about the experience with it
