AbstractE-commerce now is a set of revolution of the way to do business. Benefits of ecommerce are increasing in effectiveness and efficiency in trade. Effectiveness comes from improving and adapting the products and service more suitably for the customer's needs. Efficiency comes from cost reduction in many ways. This revolution in trading can be viewed as the next step in trading between buyers and sellers. Because the Internet commerce is a new way to do business, many companies tried to use e-commerce in their business including Thai tourism industry which is the fastest growing business sector in Thailand. However, Thai tour operators might face some difficulties in connecting to the Internet world because they lack of computer experts and know-how about e-commerce. So there is an opportunity for e-commerce service provider to serve Thai tour operators. In order to do that the price and functions that will be offered to Thai tour operators should be identify. Therefore the purposes of this research are to identify purposes of using the Internet of Thai tour operators as well as to investigate the price that tour operators are willing to pay for Web site, fmthermore the payment system after having Web will also be investigated. Finally prototype portal Web site solution for Thai tour operators 'Thaiexcursion.com' will be presented
