Abstract | The research study was carried out in response to the change in the business strategy of Vietnam Connection Company Limited (VCC). The company decided to shift to quality focus because its competitive advantage-uniqueness of the subscription service package- is fading away. The research study objective was to get a thorough insight into different aspects of the service quality of the Internet connection service of VCC. The research study fulfilled its objective by first describing and analyzing the service concept and the service delivery processes. Then, it proceeds to identify the service attributes, which bring value to customers. Next, efforts were taken to measure the service quality so as to pinpoint performance gaps as well as the degree of essentiality of service attributes. Finally, in the light of the research findings, recommendation was given for the improvement of service quality |
