Abstract | SEAPRODEX, one of leading fishery exporters of Vietnam and South-East Asian has been facing up with difficulties in expanding its export markets. It is recognized that U.S is a potentially high growth market for SEAPRODEX in the coming time provided a proper export strategy of the company. By external scanning regarding to the U.S market, this study generates the favorable opportunities for SEAPRODEX to jump into this market. By internal scanning, the analysis proves SEAPRODEX potential capability to directly enter U.S market. The main part of this research aims at formulating an appropriate export strategy framework for SEAPRODEX in U.S. market, realizing its available opportunities and effectively exploiting its competitive advantages. The recommended export strategy covers entry strategy, location strategy and marketing strategy for SEAPRODEX. |
