To be prepared for this, FPT plans to increase the number of its human resources to ten times bigger than the current level in the coming five years. An effective motivation policy is seen vital to achieve the company's ambition with a view to satisfy its employees and to enhance the performance of its workforce. This study aims to examine FPT current elements of motivation policy. A large part of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of FPT current motivation practices on employee performance and productivity by identifying the gap between the company's intention on human resource management and the attitude of FPT employee on this issue.
