Abstract | This is the entrepreneurial age and the warmest applause of entrepreneurship incentive and stait-up conception in developed countries. Around 600,000-800,000 start-ups are created each year. The sta1t-up has created 77% of 21 million new jobs while the giant corporation has successively laid off their employees in droves. Moreover the start-up creates a very large proportion of innovative products that transform the way we work and live. Likewise, the new and emerging business provides a real incentive for new entrepreneur to become millionaire or billionaire very quickly. Therefore the main objectives of this research is to discover the necessity and the miracle development and growth strategies of the start-up, based on the case study of Open Finance International which is considered as one among the most successful start-ups in Europe. Because of its current evaluation is up to 50 MFF compared to 250, 000 FF in last March. Derived from the primary and secondary data collected as well as survey findings, the development and growth strategies of OFI will be analyzed based on Carol Moore's model (Figure A, page 7). Based on the analysis a number of recommendations over the development and growth strategy of company are forwarded basically to address to each specific domain |
