This research studies the situation analysis of the communication infrastructure in Nepal in terms of political, economical, social and technological. NTC being a monopoly telecom sector now had to find the way to fit in this new competitive environment. The market liberalization and deregulation of the telecom sectors in Nepal have made it difficult to cope with this new environment.
