| Abstract | Telecommunications industry is becoming highly competitive due to technological advancement and worldwide deregulation. In such a competitive environment, new technological deployment become quite important for the operators as well as vendor organizations to attract new customer by providing new services and increase profitability. The objective of this research is to identify the key success factors, which can be taken into consideration while going to deploy third generation (30) mobile technology in Thailand and Singapore market. The analysis and discussion make to understand, which can be the threat and opportunity for the player of 30, while emerging into the new technological arena. The key success factors have been found for both the countries according to the expert opinion of the potential operator and vendor organizations in both the countries. Finally, some of the recommendations are given, which might be helpful for the player of third generation (30) mobile technology |
