Abstract | Globalization and technology development have changed the ways that manufacturing companies used to compete in the market place. One reason for this focus is that competitive parity has been reached in many manufactured goods, meaning that product quality alone can no longer differentiates one producer from another. Low price as a differentiating strategy is also disappearing, especially as companies face the reality that they and their competitors accomplish little more in ptice wars than to eliminate their own margins. Wining customer loyalty is one of very few ways that a company can do in order to prosper or even survive in today market. The research ttied to develop a method that can be used in manufacturing companies to develop and deliver product that beyond customer expectation.
