Abstract | There are a few entrepreneurial firms doing business m software development, computerization, and Internet services in Cambodia. Development of entrepreneurial firms is important for the growing market economy of Cambodia. This study analyzes four factors, namely technological factors, management and organizational, those marketing related, and external operating environment, which influence a firm's performance in service development, growth and profitability. Organizational management and marketing related factors are an important influence on a firm's performance. It was learned that technological infrastructure, especially technological sources, marketing know-how, management style, and access to capital resources are the most critical factors to technology-based firms. |
