AbstractDoing business in Myanmar today is not east as in the past. Fierce competition has exposed companies to many complex problems whose solution requires a wide diversity of skill and knowledge. This research examines current and future difficulties facing companies and the financial consultant find the way to solve for these problems and difficulties. Although a lot of private companies are conducting their businesses in several sectors, some companies ignore the need for the financial consultants advices to overcome their problems and barriers of their business. In addition, in depth case study of Win Thin & Associates (Myanmar) has been carried out to analysis how the consultants upgrade their knowledge and skill to give the effective suggestions especially, in the areas of enterprise development, working capital management and accounting systems design and development to their clients. Finally, the study provides conclusions, on the practices and process of strategic management in financial consultants firms in Myanmar. And recommendations, to improve their performances by using more effective management process of providing their clients in coming days.
