Abstract | The need to rehabilitating the country, the Royal Government of Cambodia has paid much attention to the development of all domains. Education is one of the hottest issues that the government has put in priority list. While it has been occupying the basic education, i.e. p1imary and secondary level, the higher education is stai1ing to be privatized and doing business in this domain has become a challenge. The study of this business plan is to make sure that doing business in educational field in Cambodia is appropriate and viable. It will study in details all competition dimensions in the domain. To improve and better serve in this market in Cambodia, the National Center for Practical Skills has studied all weaknesses and strengths of all major actors by identifying all natures of risks related to it and made a contingency plan for itself. This paper will consist mainly of (1) market research, which includes all inf01mation about education in Cambodia, market segment, and competition analysis, (2) services offered by the NCPS which will describe the objective and strategies, selling tactics, and p1icing strategy, (3) Description of risks related to its business and the contingency plan to overcome the foreseen problems, (4) financial analysis that will explain how much capital the NCPS needs to stai1 up its business and its cash flow projection during the next five years of operation. |
