AbstractWith the approach of the new millennium, service is becoming increasingly important in most all organizations. The telecommunications industry is highly 01iented toward service and service quality plays an important role in driving the telecommunications industry. In addition, telecommunications is becoming more complex and global and while competition is becoming significantly more intense. To survive in this industry, companies which do not hold monopolies need to focus upon high quality service performance. The objectives of this research are to overview reasons for decreasing service quality provided by Cambodia Shinawatra Company Limited. The research focuses on the Marketing & Sale Department of the company to fine the reasons that the company not being a service oriented.
