AbstractThis report has main objective on using computer assisted for Mass property Valuation. In the past, tradition way of real estate appraisal is based on the way of computing each value separately and then later put these two values together to get the whole property value. Nowadays, new idea of real estate appraisal has changed due to revolution in technologies. So the new approach which depends on Computer Assisted for Mass Property Valuation has been created first in the States during the 1920's and l 930's. Then later this approach spreads into other western countries such as in Britain. The objective of the linkage between GIS and Valuation system is because nowadays in Thailand there are no analysts working on this ramification. Furthermore, this task requires researcher who has both Valuation and GIS knowledge, which is rarely find such this analyst working in Thailand. For this new methodology, it has taken four years of trainings and experiences before this technique become successful and can be implemented in full action. For Thailand, World Bank supports this new method to be developed in our region by sponsoring the Central Valuation Authorities (CVA), Depa1tment of Lands. Main expectation for this thesis is to combine both of GIS and OPS into valuation task, which this thesis provides an opportunity to accomplish the goal after all. This report also presents visualization for valuation results by applying GIS technique, which achieves the expectation of this study very successfully.
