AbstractThis research study presents a novel address for providing a fully charged batteries and drive up to the electrical vehicle (EV) user by battery swapping van (BSV). To provide efficient and effectively battery dispatch between we establish a battery swapping architecture based on BSV. To make the proper scheduling and effective service of battery request is analyzed by the Minimum waiting time based on priority and satisfaction strategy (MWT-PS). Inconvenience of battery charging for BSV to battery charging stations (BCS) in a large quantity in limited time is a major problem, to solve this issue we propose a K-means clustering algorithm. So, by using this algorithm and scheduling methods we can establish a proper optimal dispatch of batteries between EV users, BSV and BCS with efficient and effectively service.
