Abstract | This research report provides analysis and assessment of the strategies of FSOFT, an Offshore Software Outsourcing division of FPT Corp, the biggest multi-facetted IT company in Vietnam. The strategies analyzed in this research were formed from 2000 to 2003 to help FSOFT to enter the market, which is completely new to the company and even in Vietnam. At the moment, FSOFT is the biggest offshore software outsourcing service provider in Vietnam with 126 software engineers and CMM level-4 certification. |
