| Abstract | The goal of this research is to measure the quality level of Consultancy and Payment in Real Estate Service (RES) of The Housing Development Bank in the perception of clients in order to help management improve the service quality. For the purpose above, the research will develop a blueprint of RES, develop a questionnaire to interview clients to measure quality of RES by measure perceived performance and expectations of clients to RES in the HDB by using the Servqual model. Prima1y data of the research was collected from the clients' questionnaires, interviewing management, and observation. Secondaty data was collected from banking & real estate journals as well as the bank's financial statements and rep01ts. Based on the research findings, recommendations are made to improve the quality of the service. Quality attributes are classified into 2 main groups. The first group includes attributes which should be improved. The second group includes attributes which should be improved after all the attributes of the first group reach their potential. Moreover, priorities for improvement of attributes in each group are also specified. And recommendations are made to depa1tments of the HDB. |
