AbstractAsia, provides a diverse landscape of the moneyed and the not so moneyed and transportation and automobiles catering to each individual, fitting his pockets, have to be found and delivered. The innovative automobiles, viz. two-wheeler Scooters invented in the Western World in yesteryears have now found permanent place of daily transp011 in many developing countries. Here Cost is a factor and Quality is consistently gaining prominence. Three Wheelers Automobiles, widely used as a mode of public transport mechanism in many South Asian nations, is one such industry, which is waiting to flourish all over again. With technology and environmental concerns pushing Automotive Sector the race is again to discover the ideal machine. This Research is one such effort to understand the changing trends in the Three Wheeler Automobiles in India and Bangladesh and takes a look the new level of preparedness required by pa11icipating players in these markets. The Research looks at the vehicle population, infrastructure and economic growth trends in India and Bangladesh, alongside exploring the changing Technological developments, which govern the entry and exit of automotive products. The research has clearly outlined the comparative differences between Bajaj-India and JCT Motors - Thailand 3Wheeler vehicles, in terms of their technical positions and their market situations. The Research has also been instrumental in analyzing suggestive recommendations for JCT, which comes as a new entrant in markets oflndia and Bangladesh.
