Abstract | Short product lifecycles, frequent and rapid introduction of new technologies, increasing application complexity, tight competition, and extraordinarily short time-to-market are today's major challenges that many companies are facing. Quick adaptation to new demands, fast adoption of new technologies, and continuous optimization of the overall operations are the crucial faculties of an organization developing business unit that wants to maintain leading-edge competencies in such a turbulent environment. Many techniques and methods contribute to build these facu lties - create Organizational Learning (OL) is one of them. More and more evidence shows that the competitive advantage comes from the development of an organization's human capital: a learning experience for employees and the organization as a whole. This paper focuses on the how to exert HRM to implement the improvement of productivity within a learning organization. The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between the HRM and productivity inside the learning organization and try to draw the conclusion that how to improve such relationship in Mainland China companies. Based on the questionnaire survey and data analysis findings, some recommendations are pointed out for the improvement of the productivity and build learning organization under the Mainland China circumstances. |
