Thailand automotive parts industry has been one of the industries that have received constant support by the government. Teclmological distance as perceived by local firms between foreign investor and local firms are also decreasing. Most firms perceive the teclmology gap between 5-10 years for products and production process. Some firms even perceived no technology gap at all.
