Abstract | Like all fom1 of the tourism, Cultural tourism is currently a growth phenomenon; hence numerous destinations are developing different fo1m of cultural tourism. This research mainly focuses on developing a cultural tourism market strategy in the Cultural Triangle Area of Sri Lanka. The survey was helpful to identify the preference for heritage products of CTA, the interest level for the CTA and interest level fo r the Cultural tourism, the visitor 's satisfactory level for the services of the CTA. The author found out each of new two target markets of the foreign and domestic visitors of the CTA in Sri Lanka with their main characteristics such as age, educational level, occupation, income and number of household in his survey. Finally, The author recommended new appropriate strategy for the market of Cultural tourism in the Cultural Triangle area in the Chapter seven. |
