Abstract | In the opener and stronger competitive climate in China, human resources are becoming the dynamic and challenging aspects of all business development. At the present, it is observed that the h·anspo1tation indushy in China still needs to prepare human resource management system for their service quality improvement and the h·anspo1tation indushy development to meet the international standards. Therefore, the objective of this research is to investigate and suggest the most appropriate patterns of human resource development in the h·ansportation indust1y, particularly to The Hebei Express Company in order to develop the performance of both employees and company and at the same time to improve the quality of the services of the company. |
