AbstractIn construction projects, Capital investment is largely determined by the structure of organization. Selection of good capital project is cardinal in efforts to add value to an organization, to the economy and society. The proper analysis of capital projects is essential. Leader, managers and analysts have the responsibility for identifying, approving, managing or analyzing potential capital investments. Since Royal Thai Government has new reformed the budgeting system to be strategy focused on budgeting, the Royal Thai Air Force should adjust its capital investment process to streamline with the Royal Thai Government budgeting system. This study discusses the existing capital budgeting allocation of construction projects in RTAF. The study also recommends some policies for the implementation for the capital budgeting process of construction projects in RTAF.
