Abstract | This thesis study focused on maintenance policy selection to maximization productivity in factory for producing 5.56-mm. cartridge of Royal Thai Almy Weapon Department. Existing maintenance practices of the factory is observed. Failure data of production line from the factory's records are collected to generate failure distribution. The study presents three maintenance policies: preventive maintenance policy, reactive maintenance and opportunistic maintenance policy to apply in production line. Simulation model is then used to evaluate the proposed maintenance policy and compare productivity with the current maintenance policy |
