AbstractThis research study examines whether human resource management practices of MNCs in Thailand affect their organization performance from the survey of different Multinational Corporations from different industries with the respondents of 161 persons. The research finding highlight the influencing factors as recrniting and selecting system, training and development, working environment, work it self, sala1y, promotion & reward and performance appraisal and also the satisfact01y of employees which affect their perf01mance. The HR executives had shown their opinion on their human resource practices and the current situation of human resource in Thailand. Based on the results of the analysis, human resource practices and management have affected the employees' performance and behavior. However it does not immediately and fully affect to the organization perf01mance. There are many other factors manipulate it. At the end, the report concludes the survey result, identifies the pitfalls and strength of their human resource management. Fmihermore, the baniers blocking human resource development have been presented. The recommendations for MNCs executives, human resource depa1iment and government are proposed.
