AbstractThe aim of this paper is to understand the satisfaction of the customer related to Credit Card services in Cambodia. Research will concentrate to understand the cmTent situation of bank sector in Cambodia, which is relates to the major service deliveries to the customer. The influence factors that affect to Credit Card services are looked at. In doing the survey with qualitative and quantitative data collection for understanding the customer satisfaction towards the merchants of two commerci als bank, and the independence users of those banks. After analyzing the data, the research is to compare the customer satisfaction level in both banks regarding to the Credit Card services. Then, the research suggests the recommendation for improving the services quality of those banks.
