AbstractUber is an expedient, reasonably priced and a secure taxi service. A private driver is hired to pick the riders and he takes them to specific destination which is done on a tap of a button through any smart phone. Any diver who is nearby arrivers to pick riders within minutes, and riders can also track the route of driver. For drivers, uber provides an exceptional payment, and allows them to work as much or as little based on their desire. Apart from these best services to both riders and drivers, Uber is unable to reach its expected outcomes. I have taken Uber data of Hyderabad city for analysis as this city has a great difference in supply and demand. I have identified the problems which are major causes for supply and demand gap and this can be reduced by performing Univariate and Bivariate analysis. From this research study I would like to give some recommendations to uber based on the analysis and through this cancellation of rides by drivers can be reduced and uber can improve its business model. This main aim of this research is to identify the major root causes for losses of uber and recommend ways to improve them.
