AbstractThis report is related to thesis, with title E-learning adoption and architecture design for selected afghan universities to enhance the traditional face-to-face type of educational system. the e-Learning architecture applicable to Afghan universities has been developed based on the adopters’ perceptions, existing infrastructure whit its repository using cloud computing to become information pool that can be easily accessible, managed and operated. However, investment on training, bandwidth and other resources are some of the recommendations to ensure successful implementation of e-Learning to become effective, efficient and to deliver on-time services. Implementing this cloud based computing architecture could help leverage existing educational quality in Afghanistan and dramatically expand access to high-quality educational contents.
