| Abstract | This study provides explores the post-investment activities that a venture capital firm (One Asset Management) have with its investee firms. The level (extent) and pattern (formal or informal) of involvement across various post-investment activities (PIAs) between One Asset Management and its investee firms were measured. The investee firms were also categorized into different groups to ascertain whether there was any association between the extent and pattern of PIAs involvement and the investee firm characteristics. The perception of the investee firms regarding value addition and control perspectives of the PIAs were also measured. It was found out that the investee firms perceived many PIAs to contribute to both value addition and control. Not much association was found between the different categories of investee firm i.e., the investee firm characteristics and their perception about value addition and control perspectives of PIAs. |
