AbstractThe airport is a step in the long and complex process of travel for a passenger. This step can't be deleted. The new technologies have an important role in the airport process for the different stakeholders. In this research study, the objective is to analyze how the new technologies can bring more services to the passengers. The Asian airports are good examples as their diversity is important. The methodology used in this research consists in analyzing the point of view of the different stakeholders, airport authority, airline company, company specialized in the new technologies services for the airports, passengers. The analysis of the results have shown that new technology services bring more services to the passengers because they allow to respond to clearly formulated passengers needs. Some airports in Asia are leaders in delivering new technologies services that fulfill the passengers needs. What could be interesting for an airport in order to be perceived as a qualitative one is to integrate the benefits of the new technology services to the passengers in a more widen passenger oriented service sh·ateg
